Returns and Refund Policy


Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we will make it right. 
Please email us at info@blackdaffodil.ca if you wish to process a return or exchange. Please do not ship a return before speaking with us first, as shipping locations vary based on each purchase. Returns sent with no authorization number will be returned back to sender.  Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Shipping costs are non refundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original and packaging and tags attached.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Swimsuits without the hygienic liner, Spanx, hosiery, earrings, shoes without the original box

Gift cards

To complete your return, we require your order number which can be found on your invoice. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 business days. Please allow a few days for your financial institution to process the refund.
If your refund is not approved because the guidelines as outlined in our return policy have not been met, the return postage unfortunately will be your responsibility. Please contact us before sending if you are unsure of the return policy or whether or not your refund will be approved.

Sale items
Only regular priced or temporarily discounted items may be returned, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded. For example, if we're having a 20% off deal on a weekend, yes you can return that item if you're not satisfied. Items that are permanently marked down or clearance items are final sale. Any deadstock items may not be exchanged or returned. (Items which are no longer in stock, these are labelled as "final sale") Subject to approval, please send us an email at info@blackdaffodil.ca before sending back your item.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange it for the same item in another size, send us an email at info@blackdaffodil.ca first and we will advise you on what to do.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

International customers might incur additional costs of taxes, duties or customs. Those are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are not refundable.

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
